The Farehouse Market

As the ground-floor anchor for a multi-use building in Chicago’s Near North neighborhood, this 12,500-square-foot food hall and market serves tenants and the surrounding community alike. Its design takes cues from the architectural elements and history of the former Montgomery Ward Catalog Building. As part of the design team, in addition to design development and implementation, I coordinated equipment specification and construction documentation.
